For those staying on-site, all meals are provided via a rota for cooking and clean-up among those staying on site each week. Meals are included in the fee for housing. All meals are vegetarian.

Rooms:
1. Inside the Tyn-y-parc main house, one en-suite guest room accommodates one or two guests in a double-bed.
2. The Garden House sleeps one in a small single.
3. The Loft above the entrance to the kalari sleeps two.

Off-Site
For the INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED INTENSIVE July 7-28, 2007, all those staying off-site will be housed at Plas-y-wern—a character, period three bedroom cottage currently undergoing upgrading. Located two miles from Tyn-y-parc on the road from Llanarth to New Quay and next door to Woodlands Holiday Village, this beautiful period property including the main house where the owners reside, three cottages let to visitors. The three bedroom cottage includes a very large open plan living/dining/cooking area, three bedrooms (each sleeping two), and lovely outdoor spaces.

Those staying at Plas-y-wern take two evening meals at Tyn-y-parc. Other meals are prepared in the fully self-catering kitchen.
